Since the Brooklyn Half, I've taken a week off of doing anything! Yea, I know.. my legs were sore and just unable to do anything so I stretched and stretched and as the week progressed my legs were feeling back to normal again.
This week however is a different story, seems like after I took that week off I found it hard to get into the groove of things. Right now there is 23 days until the Queens 10K and I haven't even touch the cement yet.
Just have to make sure these next 22 days are the best 22 days ever.
