One Week Water ChallengeThis weekend I was browsing through Pinterest and I came across these post about water.
After reading, it got me thinking. I need to drink more water. I know I don't drink enough daily. So for one week, I'm going to challenge myself to drink nothing but water.
Some might find this particularly easy, maybe because they could be used to it. However for myself, I like to have some type of juice when eating meals. So I could already see the problem here.
So I just won't eat! No, I'm kidding lol.
Im just going to see where this week takes me and hope for the best!
Any suggestions and tips are welcomed.
