It’s never too late to get started on your journey, so why not start today? Gosh I sound like an informational. Any who, I’ve decided to do the plank, crunch and squat challenge for the month of May. Since some of the challenge are made for April, what I did was added an extra day to accommodate for the 31st day of the month.
*Add 155 crunches for day 31.
*Add 260 squats for day 31.
