Is it just nerves?

So it’s 81 degrees, I am currently sitting on my couch watching Dancing with the Stars, finishing a 33.8 fl oz bottle of smart water and debating if I should go for a 20 minute run.

Here’s my issue, I don’t like to be unnecessarily hot, I mean dripping sweat all in-between my legs, arms and unmentionables… yea I don’t like that feeling. Also I’ve never ran outside before and I think that today is a good day to do that or at least test myself to see how long I can run for. Also I have new running buddies, Beats solo hd heasphones and Asics GT 2000 sneakers. 

I honestly want to give these sneakers a try outside. I haven't done so since I purchases them last week. But anywho...

A treadmill is different; I can always stop for about 30 seconds and get back on. I think outside I would take pride myself to see if I can run for 20 minutes without taking breaks. Gosh, I just am nervous about this whole running thing; maybe that’s what it is. Nerves, I am just that nervous to run and I don’t want to.

Maybe I’ll just do a Jillian Michaels workout and call it a day and run tomorrow. Ah, I’m going to figure this out.

In better news:
I have lost 3lbs since last check in, so I am now 193lbs and in total lost17lbs. I still actually can’t believe I am saying I lost 17lbs, it doesn’t feel like it, I can see the difference in my body, but 17lbs OMG.
